Seeking a full time lead pastor
The presence of God's Spirit fosters growth in the lives of His followers. Riverbend Fellowship (MB) Church is a church located 30 minutes from Saskatoon SK in the Village of Borden SK. Our vision of church parallels the growth of plants in a greenhouse. As a greenhouse, the church fosters members to flourish and grow by being nurtured through sound theology. In the church people are equipped to share the gospel with their community and with the greater world. We believe in intentional living, where discipleship grows the church. Through Matthew 28:19 God has called us to share the gospel with the community around us and we strive to fulfill His calling. We are a church that desires to be a living reflection of God in our community.
We are part of the Mennonite Brethren Conference and we desire to serve our Lord Jesus Christ in our community. We also desire that all who come will grow in their spiritual walk with the Lord. The bible is our foundation and source of absolute truth. We believe that Jesus Christ is Savior and risen Lord to all who call upon Him.
Again we are located 30 miles North West of Saskatoon SK. on divided highway 16 in the village of Borden SK. We are a friendly and vibrant community that is diverse in all ages. Borden has many successful businesses which include a grocery store, Credit Union, hardware store, SGI, chartered accountant and more. We have an active K-12 school and there is a registered daycare that is being built.
We are looking for a pastor who is grounded in the Word and lead by the Spirit; someone who is passionate, humble, approachable, and ready to serve the Lord.
